Good to see your making progress bro! How's the old man doing?

My weight loss is moving along good. I seem to lose inches and no weight then the opposite lose weight and no inches. I always know when the pounds are gonna start falling off I start to pee a lot. My current weight it 317lbs hope to be 288 by Memorial Day weekend. That will be a 100lbs of loss having trouble eating sometimes lots of discomfort but knowing I need to slow down. I feel that every day is the best day I've had in years. Feeling my decision to have the sleeve one of the best things I have ever done. Don't get me wrong I miss food sometimes. Would love nothing more than to inhale a big juicy cheese burger but wait this is what got me so fat. Fruit is becoming my favorite food these days.

Well today is my one month post-op and things are great. I'm down 53lbs since my pre-op diet started. I weighed 388lbs and now 335lbs.
