Well, I'm 8 months post post out and feeling great. I've lost 75 pounds and had a breast reduction last week. I had them reduced to a full C cup and they came out great. I feel like a new person. I'm so glad I made this decision. I still have 20 to go to my goal weight and the pounds are leaving slower now, but I still see inches. I still need to refocus a bit cause I do have a sweet tooth, but I still eat very few sweets or junk.

So I am 12 weeks post op and I am down 46 pounds. I thought it would drop faster, but I'm happy with my results. I only have 51 pounds to my goal weight so I'm almost halfway there. It's been easier than I thought it would be. I hit a plateau for about two weeks at 223 pounds, but then it started coming off again. I'm so happy I decided to do this. I still haven't told anyone in my family. They can be so critical, but I don't regret a thing.

I found a site that does a calculation of what you should weigh after surgery. I thought it was pretty neat. It's for reference only.
