I had my surgery April 14 of 2014 and have lost 50 lbs. I have stalled, but I think that has more to do with the constant pain I have been in due to my disability. I am seeing a new doctor in the beginning of 2015 and really hope they will help me.

Thanks Denise, I am sure it will. I have a fabulous 2 week vacation to Mexico of all places. And so much to do before then. Thanks for the reassurance.

Congratulations on your loss. 10 lbs a month is certainly nothing to sneeze at. I would be real happy with that.

Hi Sweetsal,
I was able to arrange it sooner than April. I had my surgery last November with Dr. Almanza. It was a breeze for me. Everything went great. I'm losing slowly (only about 40 lbs so far), but at least I'm still losing. Good luck with your surgery. April will be here before you know it.
