I love everything about my sleeve... The new found confidence, the ease of shopping anywhere and actually being able to find a size that fits me, the energy, the new attention I'm getting, the reports about my kids' bragging on me, etc. etc. etc.
If you are about to be sleeved, thinking about getting sleeved, or just been sleeved hang in there the results are worth it. When I was first sleeved I had struggled with the decision and a small part of me wished I hadn't gone through with

It's been a while since I've been on here so let me give a quick update... I have lost 73 lbs in 3 months and 9 days and I am 17 lbs away from onderland!!!
I went shopping for the first time this last weekend and purchased a nice suite for work; the pants were a size 16 and the jacket was a L....I shopped in the women's and jr's section for the first time in over 15 years!

60 lbs gone! Thank you Jesus!
How's everyone doing? It's been a while since I've posted anything, so I'm going to give a quick update. I've been meeting with some personal trainers, and I think I've found somewhere to go...now I just have to get the money together :/
For the first time in 15 years I feel like my goal is achievable and I'll hit my goal weight in no time . I feel better about myself and have lots of energy now. I still struggle with foods but I'm

I have been wanting to get professional help with my workouts but I can't decide between CrossFit (which looks really intense) and a personal fitness trainer.
I visited a few facilities, but I'm still very undecisive. I obviously want to lose weight and tone up...anyone have any experience with both or at least CrossFit?
Please share!

Does anyone know a good, personal trainer? I use to attend Fitworks, but they closed down and now I have a membership at Plant Fitness...but I don't care for that place (plus they don't offer PFT).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
