    Hello Dave...I'm having surgery with Dr Almanza on February 17 and I'm flying into San Diego on the 16th...I don't have a passport. I'm only using my birth certificate and drivers license. If u are flying from and back to the US a passport is not needed. The reps at Weightlosagents.com explained this to me. Congratulations on making a wonderful decision and I pray u have a speedy recovery after your sleeve
