Hello every one, I am doing well. I have lost 27lbs so far it seems as though it has been 2lbs lost a day. I am trying to get down the protein drinks even though they are pretty terrible. Iv been trying to be as active as i can without passing out because before i know it i am out of energy.

I was on clear liquids for a week, full liquids for another week, puree'd foods for a week, soft foods for a week and then slowly moved on to regular foods while still including the previous foods into my daily food intake. Just don't get ahead of yourself. Take small sips and then small bites. Don't be in a big hurry to eat whatever you want.
