as of tomorrow I am officially 7 weeks post op. I am having trouble finding things to eat other then broth soupa wedge of cheddar cheese here in there or melba toast. Those items I can typically eat a little more then a few bites anything else that I have tried I can only get down about four bites and then I am stuffed. I am 21 days post op as of today and have lost 20 pounds! I feel like everything is going smoothly I have slightly stalled in my weight loss, haven't lost anything in 2 days. Tomorrow is 7 days post op and so far so good. I am already eating soups and having no trouble with protein shakes ... I just need to figure out how to get enough water.

My stiches have been doing great twice a day I have been washing with antibacterial soap, rinsing and then using saline salution to rinse again. I then apply hibiclens.
