    Hello sorry for not writing sooner i have been home to England and have only just arrived back in USA. So are you looking into the surgery? Do write to me if you feel like it...i am very happy with my own results.. if you could have seen how big i was this time last year and how great i feel and look now...and better still how healthy i feel. i am very glad i did this...
