Hey. I am ten weeks now. The doctors are really watching me and they want to to maintain my weight. I am coping with all of this. :-). They warned me about being super fertile but geezzzz. Lol

Yes I love the built in portion control also. I don't like to exercise, but I participate in this program at my job where we all have a device on our shoes where they tract our workout activities. That keeps me moving and motivated to workout. :-)

Woohoo!!! The scale have started moving again. 3weeks stall is over. :-)

I have tried a piece of toast with grape jelly in Sunday. I took about four small bites. I have mainly been eating boild veggies like cabbage and green beans. I have tried a little chicken and fish not fried. But whatever I eat I have to eat really really slow because it hurts a little going down even when I chew a million times.

Hey pretty lady!!! Thing are well in my end so far. I am still in a stall in the scale but I still see changes. My work jacket that I couldn't zip up last week, I can this week and I am so excited. I also slipped in a shirt I had in my closet for years hoping I will fit into one day. The scale may not say anything yet but I see some changes. but I need it to start back moving soon. How is it going with you so far?

I have lost .2 lbs in 2 weeks. I decided about 4 days ago to get off the scale for at least a week and work on my intake. It was getting incredibly frustrating!!! I keep searching forums on this website, and it has been SO helpful to hear that this stall is totally normal, and to keep working on liquids and protein. I refuse to get discouraged, sister. This WILL work, just have to be patient with our bodies, which are in starvation mode trying to catch up with our initial big weight loss. We can do this!! xoxo
