Just thought I would say hello although I am not now living in the Uk I am British and I live in America ... I had my operation here in USA and I have lost over 80 pounds in 5 months .. Have been at the same weight for the last 3 months.. I was 247 pounds am now between 165-166 pounds.....It works I feel great and the difference to my life is phenomenal !
