Hey all!! I am doing much better thank you and am back at work!! I am having some trouble with getting in enough protein and with keeping hydrated but I actually feel pretty good and I have to say that surgery was the best decision I could have made for myself!! For now, I keep on sipping and keep on walking!! Thanks for all of the supportive messages!!

Whoop Whoop!! Official day 1 of liquid pre op (I have been doing a modified version for the week) and so far all is well!! I am glad that it's Friday and I don't have too much longer to conduct client therapy sessions cause I am feeling a bit tired but am excited for the next upcoming few days. Thanks kenson for checking in on me!!
