Well on 9/12 i completed my first half marathon. With a time of 2 hours and 18 minutes which was good for my first. Love running across the finish line they even announced my name as i completed the race.
I suggest everyone to find some kind of fitness challenge for yourself and go for it. You will feel amazing when you succeed.

After a lifetime of hating running, I decided to try it and after a couple 5k I am training for my first half marathon on September 12th it was only a short while ago that running a mile seem like an unlikely goal. So far i feel great and I am enjoying the challenge.

Let me start with i am 14 months out from Gastric Sleeve and have been really sucessful in my weightloss journey. I am currently 125# and have no desire to lose weight. This has been a extremely stressful week at work and home. I woke up this morning and stopped at local convience store and purchased trail mix, candy bars, chips, crackers and went into inhale mode.

I know it is so embarrassing to have to make an appointment with the butt doctor but after suffering for nearly three months I wish I had done it along time ago. I kept buying every over the counter remedy for hemorrhoids with no relief.
