I am on this journey and its only the beginning. I went to the psych eval, trainer and now this week I see the nut for the first time. I am anxious I will lose too much weight and then be turned down for surgery. I at bmi 40 now. Know I can lose about 30 lbs and still qualify but am just anxious to go through all this and then be turned down. Find myself eating out of nervousness so I don't lose too soon....Lotta changes I need to make...guess that is what waiting is about.
