    Today being eight days after surgery and I am doing good. My doctor has me on a liquid diet till I see him on the March 18,2014. I am happy with the liquid diet because I really not sure if I can eat anything more then a protein drink right now. I've been trying to eat light things like sugar free pudding or yogurt but I can only eat about 6 ounces and I feel full. I had robotic gastric sleeve. I have six holes all across my stomach. Today the holes are like more sore than usually. I was given pain killers but I really keep them unless I am in extreme pain. Today is a pain killer day but I am not sure if it is true pain or just bad pain from the storm coming to the east coast. I join a local gym and have been there 4 out of 6 days I been home. I am only using the stationary bike and the treadmill but I feel better trying to get more into a routine everyday. I am hoping to go back to work when the soreness goes away and I am on a diet that would be easy to to do at work.

It was fight with my dietician about what kind of foods to eat at work. My job is not of the norm. I get a break every hour for twenty minutes. Okay if I walked normal maybe it be like more like 18 minutes but my breaks are more like 15 minutes which barely gives me enough time to drink a bottle of water. Pre surgery diet

I was put on the Ketotic Diet before surgery and lost 10 pounds since last Monday.I am hoping the the weight keeps coming off and though the diet does not work into my family eating plan. I am able to control myself and not wanting to cheat. I am scheduled for March 4th and that's only 14 days away. I have great support group meetings at Middlesex Hospital. And great friends for support too.I am also paying cash for the procedure since my multi million dollar company does not pay for the surgery.
