I've been great! I'm down about 53 lbs since surgery....70 since pre-op. I feel great. Not a lot of problems with heartburn, but i do get it occasionally. I'm eating pretty much anything as well, just making better choices. I had an issue with water (and protein) as well....i started eating ice a lot. Weird, but its been working. I sip and chew on melted ice all day and since I started that I feel so much better! Still not up to 100 g of protein a day but im not worried about it. I eat what i can and dont stress about the rest!!

Hi you! Well tomorrow is my two month surgiversary. I am down 34 lbs since post surgery. I have had 3 stalls already which is so frustrating and am in day 7 now of the third one. First one lasted 10 days, second one 7 and now this one..add that all up and of the two months technically I've only been losing for 1 month! I have lost lots of inches though. I am out of plus size clothes for the first time I can remember in forever! I struggle to get in enough protein and water and not eat too many carbs! I am supposed to eat no more than 50g of carbs including those from fibre and fruit. I love fruit so that is soooo hard! I will get there. How are you doing?

I was sleeved on the 21st. I think I remember you and your dad if I haven't confused you with someone else. How are you doing?
