Biography:

I have struggled with weight all of my life. When I was in my 20's I managed to lose over 100 hundred pounds, those were the happiest years of my life. Unfortunately I was not able to maintain it and gained it all back.

Now I am 42 and the weight is creeping up slowly every year. My doctor told me that I need to do something very soon or I will definitely become diabetic. She said it's not a matter of "if" but "when".

I have two small children (4 and 6) that I want to be active with and stay healthy for.
