Anyone getting surgery in Tijuana on Feb. 18?

I changed my surgery date to February 18 for gastric sleeve in Tijuana. I was just seeing if there was anyone out there who will be there the same time as me since I will be traveling alone.
New member. Ready for the sleeve. Shall I travel alone?

Hello there members !
I originally planned on getting the lapband but now that I've done a bit of research I think the gastric sleeve is the best way to go. I was going to bring my boyfriend with me to fly down with me to my surgery ( we live in Vancouver WA)' because he is a bit skeptical of me going to Tijuana by myself . The only reason why I would go by myself is to keep the cost down.
Any suggestions or input on traveling alone to do this or should I pay the extra and bring
