Hi Christie! I am having surgery in January,I know it's still a bit aways but I have some questions if you don't mind? I am going alone. I don't have to pay for the room do I? I thought it was included in the price for the surgery? How are you doing now? How was your experience in Mexico? I am really nervous,but excited too! Thanks for any insight you can give me!

I need to start trying some protien shakes... we have less than two weeks before the surgery!

My dad is coming cause my hubby has to watch the kids. I've heard that the shakes from Costco are great. I've also heard that there is the ISO water drink that has protein in it that's good
