Eating at 29 Days

Hi First time getting sick today ate too much too fast, Am at 29 days out and eating solid foods, Not sure how much weight I have lost will visit the Doctor on Friday and will weigh then. I hope I am not doing things too fast and really want to lose weight, but my will to eat is crazy. I am curious to see what the Doctor and NUT say. Anybody else eating at this time?
