I'm good, I'm stuck at 15lbs and getting frustrated.
How are you doing with protein and water intake? I feel like I can eat/drink more then I should be.

24 is awesome - good for you!! I was stuck at 201-200 for over a week, just within reach but never quite making it, starting to think I was doing something wrong. But alas, our bodies will do as our bodies will do, and we are merely along for the ride... at least the ride is now heading in the right direction.

32 since I started the pre-op diet, 19 since the day of surgery I'm having a heard time getting all the liquids in because I'm so full for so long after a meal and then I've got to have the protein shakes...it's like there's no room or time left for water!

Thanks guys. I'm doing great aside from the gas pain. I didn't have surgery til about 3 pm so I was getting anxious cause I was so hungry but it's all good now. Everyone has been great.
