I am 10days out and wondering if there is a good protein powder that works in soups etc that ate hot?

I was sleeved on Monday. Tues nite started with diarrhea. BAD! Talked to both drs and they aren't worried. They did ck for cdiff whatever that is. Test neg. been tryin to get in fluids but way short on fluids and protein. Haven't lost 1 lb. feeling frustrated. Home from hospital on Wednesday. Feel good. No pain but a little sore. No pain meds since hospital. Any opinions?

I've been on the pre op optifast off and on for 3 wks. Started on it then had to reschedule surgery for another week. Had E-pylori. Been on 3000 mg antibiotics a day. Stay on that till day before surgery. Stopped optifast for few days and had to start again. So tired of it. Constant diarrhea made worse with optifast. So weak. Need something to eat. Anyone ever cheat 4 days befor surgery???

Jan 27 is my surgery. Start liquids tomorrow. I live in western KY and wondered if there are any members out there?
