10lbs. to go

Hey Everyone!! I am 17 months post op and while I'm pretty content at my current size (size 4 in blue jeans-woohoo!!) I lack 10lbs. meeting my goal. I am currently training for a half marathon but my weight won't seem to budge for the past 6 months. Any ideas how to get this last 10 off?

It's been awhile since I posted but just wanted to update everyone. I'm a year and 1/2 out from surgery. I've lost a total of 104 lbs and an training for my first 1/2 marathon. I feel like a new woman. Gastric sleeve is the best thing I've ever done for myself!! I wish Everyone could have the same experience I've had with this!! It's a tool not a cure. But what an awesome tool! Love it!

Finally! I am 4 months post op and have finally made it to my first goal! I'm so excited. I've lost a total of 51.6 lbs. In all it's been pretty easy. Of course I've had my moments of doubt especially at about 4 weeks when I stalled over two weeks but all in all it's been better than I expected. 2 months post op

I haven't posted in a while but happy to say I'm down 33.6 lbs!! yeah me! I love my sleeve but I'm starting to get where I don't want to eat at all. I know this isn't healthy and so far I've been forcing myself to eat right but every time I think about eating more protein (meat and eggs in particular) I get nauseous. Feeling Low

I'm 3 1/2 weeks post op and feeling very low on energy. I'm getting my protein in and at least one vitamin a day but most of the time two. I want to go work out but I just feel drained. I have managed to walk about 15 minutes a night. I haven't lost any weight the last week and a half and even though I know there are stalls and down 18 lbs total in 3 weeks it's depressing not seeing the scale move when your eating so much less than you use too.
