For many years I would point out an overweight person and ask my husband if I was "her size." Because I would see myself in the mirror and think "I'm not that big." But then would see pictures of myself and think "Who is THAT? I'm soo big"

I have found that I actually like shopping for clothes now that I don't have to worry about finding clothes in "my" size It was always such a struggle to find things that didn't gape, ride up or pants that were either too tight or too big. Trying on clothes yesterday I grab a really cute skirt in a size 18 and try it on. Only to be (delightfully) disappointed that it doesn't fit because it is TOO BIG!!!! WHAT?! Too good to be true? Nope it happened and I am thrilled!
In May I was a 22 or 24 and now am a solid 16 with a few 14's thrown in for good measure.
It's a good thing.

Kidney function - Perfect
Vitamin D - Perfect
A1C - 5.3 - Perfect
Average Glucose 80 - Perfect

OMG health wise this has been the best decision I have ever made. No more medications only vitamins. No more pain meds because nothing hurts anymore!
While I haven't lost

I didn't realize I was A.) not drinking enough and B.) losing more through sweating than normal. So this made me dehydrated. Thankfully I figured it out before it got any worse than a headache and mild exhaustion. Once I realized
