I almost threw up

This popped up on my timehop today am I almost threw up. I don't know how people drink it. I drank it for a while and I can't stand it anymore. There's so much better tasting protein out there, and better quality.

I have gotten a little crap from some people saying I am spamming to sell protein. I have been on this page since Jan 2014 and had surgery that month. I have found a protein that is credible, and the company is small. I also run a couple support groups on facebook, so I contacted the company and asked if they would be willing to offer a discount for my groups. They gladly said yes, and gave me a discount code I can share. I don't see the difference if I had a discount code for a major company

Hello Friends. There are a lot of options for facebook support groups, some better then others. I run 2 groups, along with an online coaching page. Hello, Man it's been a while since I have been on here. I just don't get on here often I am on facebook too much. A lot has happened in life, had a baby. just been busy. all in all it is going well. Maintaining goal weight right now of 185lbs. still getting leaner. running a group on facebook.
