I don't like to write much, but think it will help with my journey in this new lifestyle (post GS surgery). I decided to get my GS surgery mid November and got it done on Jan 8 2014. I have been on diets since I can remember, lost more than 600 lbs overall. BUT HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO KEEP IT OF. I know that GS is a tool to help me loose and keep of the LBS.

I am very excited!!! I lost 14lbs on my first week!!! Yes I know isn't great!!! This is the most I have lost in a week.
