Recently had my 9 month follow up and doing well. Down a total of 85 lbs since starting my journey. With working full-time and graduate school full-time I have had very little time for physical activity, so my weight loss sort of plateaued for about 3 months. Now that this semester has come to an end I have started loosing weight again. Also now that the weather is warmer I want to be outdoors as much as possible.
I started at 282 and today I weigh 197. I am down from a size

I recently had my 3 month follow up and I am officially down a total of 70 lbs since starting this journey in Jan. That's the size of my 8 year old (LOL)... Anyhow, I am down a total of 28.6 lbs since surgery. I am a slow looser and was at a stall for the better part of 5 weeks and the scale has been slow to move. Yesterday marked my 7 weeks out from surgery and I hit a stall around 3.5 weeks out and seem to be stuck, been teetering between 216-220 during that 4 weeks period. I figured I would have had a bigger weight loss than this. I know everyone looses weight differently and I am not comparing myself to others. I know I am still loosing in inches because everything is falling off of me. So I am taking it for what its worth. I know my body has to regulate itself and eventually will start seeing the

Today marks one month post op. Feeling well and happy with my progress. SW 240.6 and as of this morning CW 219.4, for a total of 21.2 lbs loss and a grand total of 62.2 lbs since 1/1/14. All my clothes are falling off of me and I need to go shopping.
I finally did a side by side of my face and can tell a difference. One pic is about a 6 week difference and the other is comparing then (last May 13') to now...huge difference.
I return to work this week. I won't lie

It's amazing how I spent nearly 7 months waiting for my sleeve and now here I am nearly 3 weeks out. Recovery has went extremely well, had very little pain and really none since day 2. I have had no problems with nausea or acid reflux, so I consider myself fortunate with all the stories I have heard on sleeve support groups.
Today makes day 18 days post op and down 17 lbs, I am extremely happy about that. Which makes a total of 57 lbs down since January. And I am finally starting to notice
