I am now 2 weeks after my surgery.

I started my mushy food over the weekend and I now know my that there is not much I can consume (that's a plus).

I'm down 25 lbs, cloths are loose and I am getting excited.

I can only do the treadmill for 15 minutes at a time but I am getting 1 hour per day

I start work tomorrow and we shall see how that goes!!!!

I had my gastric sleeve surgery 1/20/14. The surgery was not long and I don't have pain in my stomach. Just beware of the gas/air that you may have afterwards. The gas/air that have is in my shoulder but another person who had it done on the same day as me hers gas/air is in her stomach. The cure for this was walking around. My gastric sleeve surgery is tomorrow morning 10:00 am. I have a calm excitement about everything. I think my circle of friends/support are more excited then me. My journey for a healthier me is on the count down, this is my "New Year Day Celebration"...........

Yesterday I received my Opti-Fast package and I am scheduled for my sleeve surgery on January 20, 2014. I had the hunger urge this morning but I have stuck to it and drinking plenty of water to control the hunger urge.

I am 32 years old, 5'2", at 233 lbs. I love myself and the skin I'm in but I want have the body that I want. I look forward to my life changing experience and I will post through out my journey.
