- I'm 34, US Army Combat Veteran and currently a Police Officer in Maryland. Several knee injuries have created a hinderance from my PT routine. I'm looking for that 'help' in getting back down to my weight and be healthier for my family. I will be going for my Gastric Sleeve Surgery on February 6, 2014.

Am I on track.

So it's been just over 2 weeks since my surgery. I am down a total of 50 lbs, but it seems I am stalling now. Has anyone else had these plateaus or is it supposed to be steady loss.
Sleeved on February 6th, 2014

So on February 6th, 2014 I had my sleeve surgery. The first couple days were not the best due to the hospital staff overdosing me on my medications and having me drink fluids hours after my surgery.
I truly have to say that I am already over the broth and clear liquids. I'm not sure what my stomach is feeling but it feels like I'm starving.
I'm wondering what other successes people have had with the post op diet, any ideas to change up the broth and juice? I've
