we are two weeks out and both of us (my husband and I) are losing good, til the 2nd wk weigh in ive gained 3 lbs! Im totally devastated but hes steady losing which makes me more and more frustrated...I stopped taking protein drinks for two days but I got back on track. now my weight loss is 1/2 lb a day so I have incorporated some light exercise n my weekly routine hopefully I will c a increase in my weightloss. We both have a gym membership but hes a "beast in the gym"!...lol...yes
