Well, before getting sleeved, I would read the stall post and think to myself...are you serious? U have lost 40lbs in a month and ur tripping because you haven't lost anything in a week. Chill out boo! That's exactly what I used to say to myself.
Now I too am in a stall and I absolutely see how u can begin freaking out. The rationale part of me says on u knew this was coming. No you haven't lost anything since the 4th of the month. I don't think I've been doing everything right tho,

Today was just a bad day from beginning to end, which resulted in me not hitting any of my target numbers and dinner being real shabby. Hubby brought home whataburger and I decided to eat a couple of bites of his meat and maybe 5 French fries... Oh my the pain I just ft for the past 10 minutes! Never again! No worries "sleeve-y" u won't ever have to feel that again! Damn that hurt like hell!

I am sitting here waiting on my Zumba class to begin... But I'm so wanting to go back to bed. I ate a couple of pieces of lunch meat before I came and they are sitting in my chest. I have got to practice chewing more and eating slower! Oh well, going to stretch and get my butt up!

So what's a typical menu for you? I'm trying to figure out a good menu and just want to see what everyone else is doing. I suck at protein so I'm just trying to get some suggestions.
