I'm so thankful for this group which has given me hope. I had my surgery on Nov 20, 2013 and after 37 days have only lost 21.5 lbs. I was hoping it would be much more than this, especially as I have been so careful with my food intake. I have struggled with hypothyroidism and balancing my meds for so long and am really hoping this will help me get down to a reasonable weight. It's good to know I'm not the only one.
