So I dropped another 2 pounds according to the scale at home, 1 pound according to the scale at work. I've done really good about sticking to the high protein low calories diet but today I am so totally craving fast food -- McDonalds, Wendy's, DQ, whatever. I think my body is withdrawing from grease! So due to bad weather, my last doctor's appointment got pushed back to the 7th! I am pretty excited because it gives me a few extra days to drop some more weight. I'm down 6 pounds already -- high protein, low calories and a TON of just dance. I've got 9 more pounds to go to get back to where I was when I started going in July/Aug. If I could lose 10, I would be stoked... though I don't think I can drop that much weight in 5 days. So I am hoping for another 2-3 pounds.

So my last appointment is rapidly approaching. I did not eat out at all yesterday which is a HUGE accomplishment for me... I left my house at 7:30 am and didn't get home until 10:30 pm and resisted all temptation I packed my lunch (noodles in a cup -- not the best but low calorie and 90 calorie fiber one cinnamon cake thing). And then for dinner I got a wrap from wal-mart and had some asian nut crunch stuff. Maybe around 400 calories... maybe.

I started going through the pre-op hoops toward the end of July (or maybe the beginning of August?) and was 371 at my first visit. My last visit, which was around the middle of December I was 385.
