I think it's a matter of how you feel. I mainly just walk but I'm sure I could exercise no problem.

Girl I hope you're feeling better! Stalls are normal and for me it took getting my bowels moving to break it.....you are doing everything you should be....just don't try foods too soon...your little stomach can't handle it....I tried a scrambled egg today....too soon gf....it hurt like an sob! We need to BOTH be on very light foods still....no clumps....and very little....I've been walking a shit ton too and I see it in inches....keep your chin up pretty girl....just go with the flow! I'm here with you!

Girl I'm not losing either! It's pissing me off actually....I'm thinking I'm not getting enough protein. ...The shakes make me gag...but I choke them down....now I'm concerned with carbs & calories of these Damn shakes....having a complete melt down! Help!

I've never been good with patience lol but I guess I have no choice. I definitely feel restriction but I'm a little surprised too at the amount I can eat. I'm still on liquids and just started soup. Hoping it changes as we progress. What are you eating?

That could be! Someone at work asked me today if I was losing weight so I do believe I'm losing inches. I just want the scale to move!!!

They gave me some liquid oxicotten??? I try and only take it at night, mainly for the pain I now have in my back from compensating from the main incision. What I find helps the best is my heating pad. But your right everyday is getting easier.

I made it out alive and well,,, Only issues I am having is major pain at my incision site and trying to my protein in has been a challenge. My taste buds have really changed. But I see everyday is getting a little easier.

OK.... reality is setting in and I am 87 hours away from getting on the airplane. Tell me something good. Tell me that the weight is coming off and you can manage the pain by now. yes?
