All is going so well now. The first 2-3 weeks were a little hard. No Pain just very weak. Surgery went really well. Had a hiatal hernia an inflammation to my liver that had to have some stitches. Recovery was well. Had slight elevation with blood pressure but that was do to stress am worrying about slight abnormality

Losts of things going on. Haven't been on cause I've been trying to adjust.
Today I am 3 weeks post op. Still having constipation issues, Weakness still present, and Not liking any of my Protein drinks. What am I going to do?
Took stool softners twice a day with Miralax. Not much if any moving.
Not up to walking very much; No energy.
Weight is down 15 lbs in 3 weeks. That I'm excited about. Please any advise will greatly be appreciated.

Have to say No abdominal pain. Just the gas pain. My toughest recovery is wanting to eat. Not hungry. Just want to eat. Have to redirect my Mind.
