2 month check up

Went to the doctor today and I have lost 45lbs so far. WOW! My doctor laughed when I told him I have a love hate relationship with my sleeve. People tell me all the time I have lost a lot but I just dont see it. My clothes are baggy and some I cannot wear anymore. Yeah me!!! Just got to keep it up! All smiles this way!

At what point can you add pasta? My mother made pasta, chicken and mixed vegetables almost a soup. I am kind of scared to try it.

I had my one month check up and I have lost .... 32lbs!! So excited!!!

I am 4 weeks out and WAS loving my decision to have the sleeve. I don't have my dr. appointment until next week to get my official weight loss but according to my scale I have lost 29lbs. I cannot see the weight loss but a lot of people are telling me they see it. I went to work on yesterday after the holiday break and could not believe how my clothes fit. They were so baggy and I just wanted to cry (from joy). I did call my son in the room to see some of the pants and he was like no mom you cannot

Tried to eat one scrambled egg this morning and oh what a mistake! It didn't sit well with me. Had to lay down for a while. Now back to my isopure
