I had my evaluation in Tuesday and I have to say that I am more than a little dissapointed to find out my insurance is going to make me wait another six months to have my surgery. So it looks like it will be July. It makes no difference to them that my weight is something I have struggled with my whole life,that I have tried everything under the sun to loose weight or that it took me several years to get to the place where I decided to have the sleeve. Now I have a better understanding of why people give up.....but I'm not giving up....for the first time in my life I am not going to let anyone discourage me....look out July, here I come!!!!

Hi there Heather and welcome to the site. I see from Cindy's post you are going to see Dr. Hill? Great! You'll love him and his staff. I was sleeved just about 6mos ago and it was a great decision no doubt. I still have a long way to go still, but very happy I chose to do it and that I went with this Dr. If you have any questions, pls feel free to ask. Best of luck with everything!!!!!
