I really never imagined this would be an issue.. I had posted at the end of October that I was down to 124 lbs (80 lbs lost) and still losing, and didnt want to lose much more.. well 3 months later I am down another 20lb.. yup, I weigh 104lbs, a total of exactly 100 lbs lost.. I want to gain 15-20 back.. it's not working.. I am meeting w/ a Dietitian at the end of the month and looking into weight gain products. I am so scrawny, my bones all stick out.. Anyone else have this experience? What did

Well I NEVER thought this could be a problem, but here I am.. I had my sleeve in Feb, started at 204lb, I am now 124lb (80lbs gone!) I am a little concerned that I am still losing pretty steady, averaging 1-2 lbs /week. I do not want to go much below 120lb... has anyone had this problem? I still can only eat very little, I drink a shake for breakfast and then eat anywhere from 3-6 oz for lunch and dinner, depending on what it is. I snack on stuff like crackers sometimes in between. I do not follow

It took 5 months and 9 days, I started out "obese", then spent most of my time being "over weight", but as of today, I am finally in the "normal" category, with a BMI of 24.8! I started at 204 before my pre-op diet, went into surgery weighing 191, and and now 140... cant wait to see the scale read in the 130s!! Wondering how low it will go. I still don't get in nearly enough calories, not nearly enough protein and certainly not enough water. I'm guessing I have a tight

I really thought I would have slowed down a lot.. like I've said before, I was warned that my weight would come off a lot slower since I started at a lower weight (204, 191 day of surgery) but I have lost 10 per month, exactly, to the day, each months anniversary I have been lost exactly 10lbs. So I was prepared to really slow down once I got down to 150, but I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 4lbs since Monday!! Crazy!! Down to 147.6!! Wonder how low I will go.. Got fitted for a bra

going on 4 months post op... took pics yesterday, funny how you can feel like there is not a big difference until you compare pics. I am down 51 lbs so far, weighed in at 153.4 this morning.. hoping for another 20 or so... I am very happy with my progress so far, I've averaged 10lb loss per month. I am very glad I went this route. I had gotten down to 160-165 each year for the past 3 years, but this is the first time that I have the confidence that it will not all be packed back on (plus some) by
