So 18 days post op.... I made it through the liquid portion of the diet and now have moved on to week 3 and 4. I have a menu the doctor provided me and I am not able to eat the amount of food on the menu, I feel to full. I'm still having a problem getting in all my protein. I tried clear protein in soup and I got sick on the taste.

Any ideas!

well as the ending to day 5 post op arrives, all I can say is WoW! I found out I had a horrible reaction to morphine, was unable to even keep water down.
the first three days. At home I have not been able to sleep well at all. Trying to make sure I'm getting all my protein and water/liquid intake in. Multivitamin did not agree with my stomach, threw up bad and thought I was going to have to go to ER reference severe pain from throwing up, but help line for surgical

Well, it is 12/10/2013 ay 01:17 hours. I'm officially 1 day away from my surgery. I'm excited for this life change. I'm feeling a bit emotional... 15 years of being overweight and feeling like all I could do is fail in the area of my life called weight loss. I'm taking my life back! Wish me Luck!

So excited! Thank you all for the posts about what to expect and what to have at home for after. I really appreciate this group. Working every night leading up to my surgery, trying to keep my mind busy. Any last minute advice?? All is welcomed!
