So I am 4 weeks post op come Monday. This week I have had no desire for food it just doesn't seem appealing. I have eaten certain foods once and then eat it again and it makes me sick to my stomach. I keep plugging along as I am loving the weight loss Starting weight 316 and I am now 285. Best decision I have every made, even though at times I feel discouraged. Can't wait to get to week nine so I have a more of a wide variety of foods to eat. I am craving believe it or not a nice salad.

So headed to the hospital for surgery, haven't had much sleep over the past two days and I am slightly emotional. See you all on the other side a new woman!!!!

This is all new to me at this time as I have struggled with my weight since grade school. My cardiologist recommended bypass surgery a year ago and I was offended that he thought I needed weight loss surgery.
