Protein problems?

Anyone else out there have issue with the high protein intake?
Surgery date was 11/20, and on day 3 the Dr had me start protein shakes.
I went though every powder, mix and pre made one i could find and they all made me sick. I also broke out in a rash on two of them.
Long story short, they think I have an allergy to high protein intake.
Because of this I was put on pureed food on day 5.
Did anyone else go on pureed food that quick?
