I need some help!

I have recently slowed way down in my weight loss category. I lost my first 100 in like 3 months and 2 weeks. Since then however I have either lost and gained weight or lost nothing. I had my Surgery in July this year. There are no support groups with in the next 5 hours from me. This has proven to be very hard to go at alone. Do you know how much wieght is expected to come off with this kind of surgery? Do you have any helpful tips for a platue in your weight loss? Thank you in advance
