    I really don't know where to start. I have been over weight my whole life and it has taken me 20 years to finally have something done about it. I was just told that I am pre diabetic and that changed everything. I always thought I could do this by my self. well guess what.... I cant. I need this tool . And that is what this surgery is. A TOOL. I know its not a magic pill. I know that im going to have to work at it everyday the rest of my life. My new saying is I GOT THIS. I will get to where I need to be. I have to. I started going to my dr a month ago and since then I have learned so much. Well that is all for now....Thanks
