I haven't posted here in a long time. Time gets carried away, but I am still losing. I am down 92 pounds as of today, and have less than 70 to lose to goal. I am so happy with my sleeve.
I would like to announce my daughter is having the surgery June 25th. I am so excited for her!
She will do awesome. So please pray for easy recovery, no complications!

How could I already have a stall? I am following my plan exactly. I have been at the same weight for three days. I don't need this already because I will get easily discouraged. I walked a lot yesterday and have been very active around the house, is that not enough physically? I am doing well on my fluids and protein as well.

So frustrating...

I had surgery December 9th, and the past two mornings I have been so nauseated. I am beginning to wonder if it is the protein shakes being too sweet. I tried one this morning and it made me feel yucky, so I switched to broth with protein powder.

If anyone else has experienced the morning nausea let me know your remedies.

On a good note, I have lost 13 pounds since surgery day. 😊

Please tell me I am not the only one on the low carb pre-op diet who feels nauseated and light-headed. I am guessing it is from such extreme carb reduction, and calorie reduction. I feel extremely fatigued, and moody as well.

I began my pre-op diet today. Talk about nervous. I am more nervous about making it through this than the surgery. Especially with the impending Thanksgiving Feast coming around. I am just going to take it day by day and do the best I can.
