I am three days post op - I have done all my liquids, moved around, and things seemed to be going well. Last night about 9 p.m. when I was using my incentive spirometer thing, I had a sharp pain on the right side of my stomach - I felt almost like I had broken a rib? I thought I was possibly constipated and the nurse who had called me earlier in the day said it was ok to use milk of magnesia so I tried that.
