Since October I have not seen any weight change I stay between 281 and 282 I am working out and eating as normal but the weight still seems to be between the amounts mention above I do have a lot of lose skin and I see the change in my clothes I am still motivated and still hope to reach my goal. A step towards health was my decision and it feels great if you feel you have reach the Plato do not give up..

Almost a year since surgery and I feel amazing... I am feeling very good with my progress I have gone from 489 to 281 and wow I can't remember when was the last time I felt this awesome... I appreciate my family, friends and the people I have met on this website for the inspiration and support... To all of you considering this procedure remember this is a ways to help not a solution to the problem we have to change our lifestyle and way we think this is not a miracle is a first step to resolve

I did check my weight since is close to a month since I began to work out and it reads I wnt up 3 pounds and it freaked me out but I will continue with the working out and achieving changes in my body they do feel great.
