    sorry i ain't replied to you. i have had a long 2014 so far. You will get to a point you ain't gotta see the mirror it won't matter anymore. You will just feel better and that tells the tell. Looks are all in the eyes of the beholder anyways. if you feel good and feel good about yourself then great! keep moving forward!! if you get in a lull then change a little something. and you will be surprised how it changes you.. I'm down 93 lbs right now and am ready to see that 100 mark. Chin up always this is for you not anybody else. that's what you gotta remember.
