Yes ma'am you have been MIA, lol. It's all good we often need to get back to life outside of the chat forums from time to time. Yes I'm a big Almanza fan! I went with my baby girl on Dec 13th. She is doing very well, she has lost 20 pounds as of today. She never gets sick and rarely has acid reflux or gas. She has been a trooper. I often ask her if she is sure they did surgery on her because she is doing so well. My nick name for her is Stomach of Steel. LOL The only thing she is having a little problem with is on surgery incision not healing properly. She went to her general doctor her in Dallas and they said it is very common with wls for that to happen and they see it often. He said it was best to let it heal and close on it's own and gave her extra antibiotics so it would not get infected. I think that i because maybe are stomachs are so large and it pulls on the skin and stitches? I don't know but one of mine did the same thing just not as bad as Tori's. Mine has healed so once hers heal she is good to go!

Preciuz,,did you get the surgery? If so where? I also live in Houston, im thinking about traveling to Mexico to get my surgery..I just started doing research. Ive been to a few consults in Houston. My insurance will not cover the procedure, I have to pay. Im a little afraid to travel to another country to have the surgery. Please keep me posted.

Thank you! When are you thinking about doing your surgery and who do you think you might go to? Just check them out as much as possible, pray about it and have faith. Do your part (a lot of time it's not the surgery, it's what we do or don't do during recovery). Stay in touch and let me know when you schedule.
