Yw, glad 2 hear it

I'm doing well. just trying to adjust to eating, sometimes that one bite too many sends me over the edge! Then I do laps around my house and walk up and down stairs and it goes away after about 20 min.yesterday and today I have not gotten sick after eating, so I hope I have it down pat now. But, I am determined to be a loser..lol. How are you? Everything go ok?
