Hello I too am going in to mexico My husband is more nervous then me he says how you know its not a scam and then you are in the highest crime rate in the state Wow I finally said I am grown and I am doing this. I am from Louisville Ky I have been on here for three days trying to get my plane trip lined up Its horrible if one part works going then coming back is no good lol. I am going if I have to walk. I already started my liquid diet last Monday not bad lost 11 lbs first 5 days all water I am sure. We are using same Dr.

Hopefully we do meet up. I think the cool part of this is the support system we have. There are people in every stage of this. I think that is way more informative of what to expect.

I am in the process of trying to find a doctor. how much is your surgery going to cost you and is there any hidden fees? good luck with your surgery! I've wanting to do this for a long time.

Hey everyone, this is my first post. I just got my surgery date ( December 17, 2013) and am now trying to get everything organized for my trip. I'm excited and scared and so emotional right now. I have wanted this for so long and finally decided to do it. I have to organize everything before I go. I have a husband, 3 kids (17yrs, 7yrs, and 4 yrs), and a handicapped mother living with me. I have to arrange everything while I am gone. I have been putting everyone ahead of myself for a long time and now I am doing something for myself. But it will benefit everyone in my family too. Dr. Almanza is doing my surgery in Mexico. I was a little worried about traveling to Mexico for surgery, but everything has checked out so far. If any of you have gone to Dr. Almanza for your surgery, I would love to hear your feedback.
