Good Morning,
I don't know what to do. My legs are always swollen and hurt so much that exercise is almost null and void. I will have a procedure for my varicose veins in a couple of weeks but it is still painful right now...I want to exercise and loose more but I am so stalled. Sorry just needed to vent because my family does not understand.

I have been stalled for over a month. I am back to work from summer break and have struggled with the same weight gain and losing a lb here in there but still hovering at the same weight. Any suggestions. I don't know what to do. Frustrated majorly.

I must say this change has not been easy but I am so gland that I made the choice to do it. I feel better emotionally and physically. No more abuse and I am able to finally live my life. I will continue to grow and enjoy things I lost so long ago. This is my first divorce and knowing me I will have many to come until I reach my goal. So long 300's let us never met again.
Today I reached my first goal. It's more like two goals in one. First, is losing 50 lbs and second is getting

I know I should not be frustrated but I am. I have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week. Watching what I eat and counting protein and calories and I am still stuck. I have lost a total of 41lbs since surgery and I do feel great but I feel it should be more especially since I am working out more.
My wonderful husband said I am going great and how proud he is of me. He says there will be stalls and its ok. It will come off. I love him.
I just wish I could see the results

Good Morning All,
I am just full of questions this week. I am trying to figure out ways to slow down my eating. I know they say chew chew chew and take 30 minutes to eat a meal. Also, I am 4 weeks out. How on earth can I slow down my meals at work. My husband bless his heart tells me to chew 80 times. He is such a good support. Some foods its really hard to do.
I really need to slow down my eating. Any suggestions?
Have a awesome Wednesday!!!!
